How Would Bob Sapp Do?

Instead of getting Bob Sapp in a strongman competition, how’bout we get Marius Pudzianowski in a MMA ring? He’s a karate expert and has boxed competitively.

How do you think he’d do?

He’s been offered money by Pride and K-1 before. From what I hear he’s an EXCELLENT amateur boxer and will probably end up in one of those arenas someday after he tires of crushing everyone at WSM.

I think he would beat the sweet, minty Jesus out of people.

If he was born it the USA he would be wearing Superbowl rings.

He is an elite athlete, if he want’s it he can do it.

Bob Sapp always reminded me of Bald Bull in the old boxing game. Yea, just wait for that body punch when he charges and he’s done for!

The people Sapp actually beat were outweighed by OVER 100 pounds. The B-level fighter Fujita stomped Sapp into submission. The only reason he got anywhere in fighting is because the Japanese like freak shows and that is what he is.

the testicle incident…

““It was against Warrington in the 1990 final, the game in which I fractured my eye socket and broke my cheekbone,” he tells BBC Sport.”

This is not the same type of injury and that is what I am trying to get you to understand. Fracturing the rim of bone that surrounds your eye socket such that the volume of the fluid in the eye itself may decrease is not the same as a fractured cheekbone. He wouldn’t have played on if he actually fractured his eye socket.[/quote]

it says he DID fracture his eye socket though…

EYE DAMAGE is the issue. Much like getting a black eye is different than getting something STUCK IN your eye, your body responds to true eye damage with crying. I sure as hell hope that is basic and clear by now because it makes little sense to have to lay shit out in crayon every time I post.

He beat Ernesto Hoost twice. Ernesto is only the greatest kick boxer ever.

When did Fujita become B-level?

Sometimes it’s hard for people to talk about the topic at hand without Professor X picking a petty argument with somebody about any given post. You’re right Prof, everyone else is wrong, okay? Feel better now? Anyway, Bob Sapp would probably get by as a Strongman, but much like MMA, he’d probably never be that good.

Ever since he started. Why would you think otherwise?

He fights in the most elite HW division in the world, losses to Fedor, Cro-cop, and Mark Coleman in his prime make him B-level? I’d hate to see what your version of A-level is, as I seriously believe he would make a run thru the UFC’s heavyweight crew and possibly only Arlovski, with his speed, would be able to win against him.

You say “since he started,” he was the first man to hand Mark Kerr a loss when Kerr was viewed as Fedor is now.

I wouldn’t say he’s B level. I’d say more B+. I mean you have to look at the people he has fought:

-Beat Mark Kerr, who in his prime was one of the most devastating fighters during his time.

-Lost to Coleman when he won the Grand Prix in 2000

-Outlasted Shamrock in the heart attack fight

-Beat Gilbert Yvel

-Went the distance with Cro Cop

-Made Fedor do the chicken dance

-Beat Sapp and Thompson, two monsters

-Fought a battle with Wanderlei…and then got brutally kicked in the face about 15 times and stood up, where any other man would be dead or a vegetable

It has been proven that his skull is 15% thicker than the average human, but regardless, look at the talent of people he is fighting. He is strong as an ox, a descent striker, a good wrestler, and a tough mother fucker.

People calling the man a bitch or a pussy was a petty argument? Many people responded to the same issues. Why didn’t you make a post to each of them? The whole point was that the man isn’t a pussy and while he may not be the best fighter up there, he isn’t exactly just there for show. What thread were you reading?
