Hi, i have a few questions about how to go from cutting to bulking without minimal fat gain. Like how to up the calories and how much time i should be on maintenance.
I have been cutting sice January, a slow cutting (like 2%BF per month).
Another thing is that my face looks like a damn full moon when i am like 16%BF+, right now i am 14%, and hopefully i will be near 12% in 20 days.
I dont care about getting love handles, some tits, etc. But i really dont like how my face looks when i am 16%+.
So how much BF% per month you think i will gain on a clean bulk of 6-8 months with a 500-750 calorie surplus?

Well it’s all about food timing, and food choice. If you gradually increase the calories weekly, and stay away from shitty foods, you really shouldn’t have a problem. You could mix in a little bit of cardio here and there to help keep the fat off aswell.
Same as going from Bulk to cut do it slowly. 250 or so K/cals at a time find your maiunt levelk maybe even stay there for a month or two. then slowly go up raise the intake SLOW bi weekly or when the progress stops.
also the adviced above is greeat the foods you eat the timing etc does play a huge role. IMO
