how to train for lagging bodyparts under mag 10

Is it possible to train specifically to bring up lagging bodyparts(legs/arms in my case)under mag 10 or you have to shoot for overall gains?

Sure, just specialize during your cycle. Read the Great Guns article by Ian King at T-mag. It really outlines how to specialize while maintaining other body parts. The “Ian King Cheat Sheets” article also explains how to do this.
