I have never experienced gyno before and I don’t know exactly how to detect it. General consensus seems to be that it involves puffy, itchy, or sore nipples and a lump somewhere in the nipple area. Well, my nipples aren’t puffy, itchy, or sore, but I have been touching them alot lately out of paranoia and can’t tell if I have any bumps or not. I can’t tell if I am touching muscle tissue or a gyno bump. Where exactly does the bump form? Under the nipple? Over it? Should it hurt or be uncomfortable if pressed on? Because it feels fine. Finally, once gyno becomes visible, is it too late?
I am only on a little experimental cycle of 25mg Dbol dosed all at once once per day, so I figured gyno couldn’t possible be an issue, but like I said, I am paranoid. My pecs have a bit of fat around the nipple but I think this is just chest fat and not gyno, although I guess there is really no way to tell the difference.
Because I perceived this cycle as mild, the only ancillary I have is a little bit of Clomid. What would be a sufficient dose to neutralize the gyno if I do indeed have it?

How much clomid do you have And if you only have a little bit And can’t get more quickly I would suggest stopping the d-bol And starting PCT with what you do have . The usual dose of clomid for gyno prevention is 50 mgs daily until the problem goes away . and yes 25 mgs is plenty to get gyno if your sensitive to that .
i also don’t know how to tell i’ve gyno or not…because my nipple area is a bit soft, i don’t know it’s gyno or just fat(because i’m around 30%bodyfat)…anyone can help me too??

But what about the voices BBB? What about the voices? They tell me every morning that I have gyno. I walk around all day playing with my nips like a stripper.
People are starting to talk. They think I’m masturbating in the bathroom again.

Well yeah there can be pain I mean the nipple is sensitive anyway, now squash it between your finger and a hard fibrous lump lying behind it and ‘ouch’…
Dude, without actually feeling your nips (Uhhhhgggg) - which aint never gonna happen, I couldn’t tell you if youve got it. I did get it once from an overlong cycle of 19-nor, but it went away by itself. I doubt that you have it unless you are extremely suceptible.
If you’re that worried about it, then just buy some nolva…

You have 30% body fat. You have man boobs. Losing the extra chub would go a long way as far as reducing that. It would be almost impossible for someone to tell “gyno” from “obesity related fat retention”. For the record, I do believe most accept that 30% body fat is considered obese. Are you doing anything about this?
