Is your bodyfat% high? If so, lower your bodyfat. High bodyfat is the #1 cause of “man boobs”.
Sorry dude, but man boobs or gynecomastia usually requires surgery to remove. If its fat only you can work it off, but usually its excess glandular tissue or both in which case no matter how lean you get there, itll never go away. I had a really minor case in which it was all glandular tissue and the surgeon just had to cut it out. However on a brighter note,if you can and do get it cut out, after you heal up you will be extremely pleased with the results. You have my sympathies as I know what a bitch gyno is.

I would get the opinion of a Plastic Surgeon (IF your BF% is not high…)
By the way…in the language of the Internet, they are known as:
…“MOOBS”…:)–!
Mufasa
“M” Will help to take down minor gyno also.
Check out Frank Costanza’s website for a ‘Bro’ or ‘Manzier’
How do you look in a dress? You might realy be able to capitalize on this!
All joking aside, while this could be a form of natural (or chemically induced) gyno, it sounds to me you’re talking about plain ol’ fat tits.
Now, I’m a self appointed expert here as I’ve been plauged with this ever so unmanly problem since childhood. If it’s not a case of puberty induced gyno, then it’s just a disproportionately high body fat level carried in the chest. This is mainly a genetic predisposition.
It’s strange, but I can–and do–get lean in my arms and legs while still holding a lot fat in my chest. The only thing I’ve found to work is getting a really big muscular chest, and low body fat levels–it’s really that simple (and hard)–there is no magic “cure”.

you mean i should harden and tighten my chest muscles ?

No - he means you have to grow a bigger chest. Put on muscle. Hypertrophy.
I have the same problem - Instead of getting a huge lard-ASS, God has cursed me with lard TITS. It’s not gyno - it’s fat. The more muscle I put on my chest, the easier it is to lean down, and make God’s little curse less noticable.
whats the diff if you store fat under your tits and if you have gyno?
Some gynos are due to hormonal imbalances and that lead to fat storage at the tits
I also have a mild case of gyno or fat storage disablility or whatever you wanna call it. I’ve heard that 1/3 of all males have gyno btw.
If the man boobs are from fat. Talk to a Plastic Surgeon about removing fat cells. In general, when you do add some fat it seems to distribute to all the fat cells. If there are fewer fat cells in the chest area it places more fat elsewhere.
Gyno can be excess breast tissue, excess fat or both. As for building a bigger chest, yeah that would make a bit less noticable, check out, http://www.plasticsurgery.org/public_education/procedures/Gynecomastia.cfm for more info.

edit: oops link wasnt working all good now.
Oh yeah, having a surgeon who did it on NFL players was kinda cool too, if you want to see who, www.cosmeticplastics.com. Dr.Jabs being the one. Also the site has some good pre and post-op gyno pics.
J
And for my final rant on the topic, outside of a bit of post-op pain, having some tubes in my chest to drain the site, and not being able to workout for a few weeks, and finally up to six months for all swelling to go down, Its great not having tits :).

How long was it before you could train again, and did you have to wait longer before you could train your chest?
hey all
i had man boobs and i know how u feel.
about 2" out of my chest really big 1s i felt.
i really hated going to the pool and running playing sport infront of many people becasue they could see them go up and down.
anyway i joined the gym and really thats all i had to do is work out for a few weeks eat well and my man boobs left me LOL and got a nice body.
this is what i did and still doing now.
i really think u should give it a try before going under the knife.
it sounds hard but when i did the 1st couple of days of it at the gym i felt great, awake ,lighter and i lost 4sizes in 3weeks doing this workout
plus i did a 1 week diet that really helped me. doing this diet changed my taste for food and i havent gone back to the junk food even after finishing the diet . the diet was easy nice and got it of the net so i didnt have to pay for books or to join some diet club.
if u would like a copy of the diet i will email it to u if u want
please try the trim down workout
it helped with my man boobs and the rest of my body
tip
( dont use to heavy weights always 15-20kg lighter then u can so 60kg comes down to 45kg )

This is why your parents tell you not to drink. Drinking excessively leads to your test levels dropping, which leads to estrogen growing yourself some breasts.
Talk to your doctor about a reduction – yes, insurance covers these for guys. And you now have to check yourself out for breast cancer – I am not joking about this one.
This is why clean diets are important.

Finally getting gyno surgery was one of the best decisions of my life. You can’t imagine how wondeful it is to have a solid chest after having flabby man tits. Its an especially awful feeling to still have gyno after losing nearly 100 lbs and being a stickly 145 at 6’2".
