Honestly you just have to man up and be confident. Squatting heavy weights takes balls, and it will something that will come the more you squat. But you are not powerlifting so you should never be handling weights that you are unsure you can hit. Stick with the program.

I don’t know. I have never been scared of lifting, nor have I lifted weights heavy enough to be scared of.
