How to Sleep with Anterior Pelvic Tilt

Hey,

does anyone knows how to sleep with an anterior pelvic tilt correctly in order to fix it?

I try to put a pillow under my legs so my lower back is kind of straight, but mostly over the night i change the position not on purpose… And in the morning when i wake up i have back pain.

Here is a Picture if my Current situation from aside. It sit at least 8 Hours a day at work. Going 3 Times a week to the Gym doing 5x5 Stronglifts and once a week 90minutes cardio.

Im not sure why the heck your posting pics of yourself in boxers, come on man. I think we got the picture without the picture. Place a pillow under your hips and sleep on your stomach, or sleep on your back with your feet propped up to flatten your lower back

The sleeping will help, but what’s most important is stretching your hip flexors and strengthening your glutes.

Twice a day I do 2 sets of 30 sec hip flexor stretches for each side, 1 set of 10 glute bridges, and 1 set of 10 lying side leg lifts for each side.

That’s just a start and help maintain.

Read the pelvic tilt article on here and do that stuff EVERY DAY.
