alright, so i have anterior pelvic tilt and i searched around here to find any article to help me get rid of it, and i found.
being 16, its just so much info, can someone please break it down for me and suggest ways that i can insert stuff that will help into my program, which is:

deadlift
close grip bench press
Chin ups
Face pulls( a cable exercise for the upper back )
dumbbell lateral raises( keeping arms at 90 degrees and lifting till my elbow points straight out from my shoulder)
wednesday
bench press
leg press
hyper extension
bent over rows
curls
friday
squats
lying leg curls
shoulder press
cable flyes
bent over rows, or pull ups
