How to Prepare for Test?

Hey I’m going to have to do the following test in about 6 weeks. Any advice on preparing for it ?

sprint 4x9 meter (back and forth-> quick directional change)

do as many sit ups as you possibly can in 40 seconds

do as many push ups as you possibly can in 40 seconds(hands gotta touch behind the back on the bottom of the push up, one hand has to touch the opposite arm on the top)

standing long jump

12 minute run for distance (cooper test)

I was thinking about doing it every morning, but I’m not sure if that’s the best way to prepare.

Doesn’t cover the sprinting/jumping really but you could just add some of that into your warm up.

Just out of curiosity, what is this test for?

Also, you should tell us more about your current performance. For example, if you are strong in one area and weak in another, you should probably ignore the strength area and focus on improving the weaknesses.
