i believe there was an article recently about doing DB shrugs instead of BB shrugs because of proper arm placement…DB shrugs would obviously solve ur package problem as well…two good reasons to do DB shrugs…

so I tried behind the back BB shrugs today…the bar catches underneath my ass about 3/4 of the way through the rep. I have a big dick AND a big ass
I just can’t win. Guess I’ll have to do trap bar and db shrugs.

Whole point of this post, to tell everyone that.
If you’re just looking to hit yourt traps do your shrugs on the standing calf raise machine. No grip worries, no junk worries. You can move insane amounts of weights this way.
