How to Naturally Increase Testosterone?

I was wondering what you guys think are some of the best ways to increase testosterone naturally?

I know squats and deads help, and I’ve been eating all the foods that are supposed to help produce testosterone, but I’m wondering if there is something more that I can do?

There was a study done some time ago (can’t remember the one) that tested the testosterone levels of two crouds rooting for two different football teams. They found that the crouds testosterone was highest when the team they were rooting for was winning. They also found that your body produced alot more testosterone if you were anticipating a fight. I’m still looking for the study, and I’ll post a link to it when I find it. In the mean time, let me know what you guys think…

being more pissed off in general seems to work well for me

tons of fat/cholesterol in my diet along with minimizing sources of estrogens (like plastics)

That was one of the studies I found, but there a a few more that go over the same points.

at op I think maximizing T levels should be a secondary goal unless you are already at a pretty advanced level

Good thing squats and deadlifts aren’t easy. OP, there’s actually no way out. You need to train heavy ass compound movements to really stimulate testosterone production.

That being said, ZMA would help boost testosterone, but it’s only effective if you train hard enough.

Seriously, the only thing I can think of besides the steps you are already taking would be some Alpha Male or TRIBEX. The right foods, squats and deads, adequate rest and maybe some ZMA and Alpha Male, should get you pumping out some hight T.

These minor temporary spikes have LITTLE effect on muscle growth and progress in the gym.

Yeah, I’m told that compound movements like squats and deads just spike up your T while your doing them, and for a short while post workout.

just wondering if any one could give any advice ive just turned 17 and have had bitch tits for as long as i can remember im 208 lbs with roughly 15 % body fat so not really fat. The best way to naturally increase testosterone is to remove factors that lower it.

Stress, low amounts of sleep, booze, depression, low fat diets, and nutritional deficiencies will all lower test more than any supplement could it improve it.

When you see stories of athletes greatly raising their test levels after working with a new coach, it isn’t because they are taking a special herb, it is because the coach had them fix their lifestyle, and found any nutritional deficiencies they may have had.
