The latter. Spot reducing is a myth. Lose fat- lose love handles.
There is no such thing as spot reduction.
My tip is train hard and effectively and clean up your diet. From this the results will come, your body composition will change and in due course those love handles will diminish.
Yes… Diet and train. You cannot spot reduce fat. It is shed equally from the body. Eat clean food and sweat.
I think eating sweat is a little extreme don’t you?

Hahahahaha.
I think my love handles have actually gotten worse over the last 20 lbs I’ve dropped. I seem to have leaned out everywhere but there, so they stand out more. Dammit.
That could simply be strong obliques or where your genetically predisposed to store fat. When you poke it, does it sink in more then other spots? If not then its your obliques poking out that gives it that image. But DONT STOP TRAINING OBLIQUES, they are your stabalizing muscles for many of the lower body core lifts i.e. squats and deads, just keep workin the fat off if its that important to you to see definition

No. T-Vixen sweat is best.
Don’t knock eating sweat until you tried it. Good old tasty sweaty sweat.
