Hello. I am 6’1 230 and just started back in the weightroom. I would like to drop to about 200-205 lbs. with alot of definition. I would like some advice about what diet to go on and cardio and what weigths to lift because my gym is very limited and how many sets and all? Any help would be appreciated.

It’s hard to provide very detailed advice without knowing a lot more about your current condition/experience/metabolism/etc. Read through a few of the articles linked in the above thread and get back to us with some specific questions.
The most important thing right now is to start your diet and training. Don’t wait to figure out some magic program. Just get going and learn all you can so you can begin to modify and optimize your plan.
High protein/low carb diet to lose fat. Cardio will speed up the process. Work out with heavier weights to keep your muscle mass & metabolism up.
