How to eat when following a coach davies program

MY main objective is to gain lean weight, so i keep the fat down (except for good fats) and eat a lot of protein and good carbs. Currentally I am on week 8 of the VIP program, and am impressed with the results. But my question is how much should I eat to gain weight with this program? Should I eat every thing in sight? Or just more of the things I am eating now? My main sources of protein are whole eggs, tuna, skim milk, cottage chesse, chicken breast, lean red meats, and whey
Carbs: oatmeal, ww breads, brown rice
Fats: flax oil, peanuts
and I eat about every2-2.5 hours

Any suggestions would be great

The VIP program is very demanding and I think that John Berardi’s Massive Eating guidelines are perfect for this program. Macros should be about 30% pro, 50% carbs and 20% fat. Make sure to follow good pre and post workout nutrition also, which is outlined in JB’s Precision Nutrition for 2002 and Beyond article.
