How to 'Bulk' For Naturals

He could’ve achieved similar results by reigning it in staying leaner, and saving himself a TON of extra work he now has to do to get contest ready. Also, I don’t mean any of this as a dig at Bauber. I put on more fat this year than I had planned to. Went through a lot of depression this year and depression for me makes me want to eat A LOT. Have been through 8 months of grief counseling and it is finally starting to get better. I don’t wish losing a loved one on my worst enemy, especially not the love of your life. For my body type that type of stress and mental grief wreaks havoc on my body staving fat off. Not an excuse by any means just reality and now I have more work to do by losing more fat that I had wanted to.

6 months out of the last year I was off all assistance of any kind. I didn’t lose much strength per say or size, but I definitely got softer and packed on more fat. Been back on for about a month now and definitely seeing body composition changing for the better. My goal from now on is to keep abs visible year round to keep dieting difficulty down.

Not here to get into any he said this and he said that. Just here to offer what I can and pick up advice and information along the way. Have I packed on a ton of strength and muscle in the past 4 years? For me, you bet. Too much fat too? You bet. Life is about the journey, growing and realizing your mistakes and how to change things for the better. Has my path been ideal? No, but it is my path and the person I am today is a culmination of all the shit I have done and been through, good and bad.
I’m sorry man, I know how it is to lose a loved one. And it’s amazing you’ve gotten through that in any way, let alone dominating this whole lifting thing the way you have.

I hope you don’t think in any way I’ve belittled or insulted your progress (as you know I’m a fan of your log). You’re just a big dude who has accomplished a lot, while being extremely humble and open, it’s easy to use you as an example when needing an advanced lifter lol.

Glad we got guys like you posting here.

Like I’m sure one of them is the big guy always posing with his tank top right after a carbed up pump workout in the bathroom’s flattering down lighting we always see in his avi, but there’s more to it. I’m glad you pulled yourself out of it and managed to keep going. I hope it’s not offensive or insensitive of me to say that I’m sure she wouldn’t have wanted you to give up on it. Not just anybody is able to come back from that kind of adversity.

Not offensive or insensitive at all. She would kick my ass and tell me my ass was getting fat in a heartbeat if she could! She was brutally honest, but always had my best interest at heart. Really hard to find a woman like that. Me too wallowing in pity and grief is a shitty

I’m truely sorry about your loss big man.
You’re a very welcomed addition to these boards and are a breath of fresh air.
It’s nice to have a really big guy who knows what he’s doing that we can get some useful info from.
Sorry again.
Way to keep fighting through the tough times.
I’m sure most wouldn’t be able to get through that and keep on training hard and getting huge.
Good on ya big man.

It isn’t about the fat. It is about the muscle he built.

I have asked you before who on this site has gotten even near that big without bulking up.

There doesn’t seem to be anyone.

If that is what is producing big guys that size in majority…why would you claim it is “too much”?
waylander got to near that size while remaining significantly leaner.

i really am starting to think this aswell.

no one can really be this narcissistic, arrogant and such a deadest prick. but the thing that actually makes me believe this the most is the inconsistent posting styles.

in one thread X pointed out a floor in my argument by saying something along the lines of “no you missed read what i said doofus, i was referring to blah blah”. in another thread we where arguing the same topic but without even addressing my arguements hes response was along the lines of “seriously kid post some pictures, if you shut the fuck up long enough you might learn something”. either X gets some weird form of man period, or there might actually be someone else posting.

It’s telling (to me at least) that neither PX or Biotest has denied this.

Bauber, I didn’t mean to single you out or speak of you in disparaging terms. Someone was using your name to further his argument, so I continued with topic. I have also gone through losing the one closest to me. You seem to have a handle on your situation. Keep your head up and keep kickin’ ass, brother.

Hahaha wtf is going on here with the fullhouse conspiracy theorists coming out all the sudden? Lol

I’m not saying I believe that PX is several people. I personally think he’s just one fat, delusional asshole. I’m just saying that neither he norBiotest has even attempted to deny the accusation. That’s strange to me.

Ill admit I laughed at the fat delusional a hole part. Funny phrase.

This isn’t something new.
Maybe he isn’t working for the site but if I had to put money on it I would say that he is.
He has been with the site from the beginning.
He has beenade a mod.
They basically made him his own sub forum.
His antics have ran off MANY very valuable posters.
Have you read what is said about this place on other boards because of X?
He has even started getting after two of the most well liked and respected posters on this forum: Stu and Collucci.
He turns thread after thread after thread into the same arguments.
He was flown out to CO for the training videos but was inexplicably kept away from all of the other male trainees.

I think it is only one poster like flash but that he is either employed by the site or a part owner.
He is here to keep clicks, views and traffic up.
SEO 101
The board needs to be at the top of google searches to get more new viewers.
New viewers = more potential supplement sales.
After all this forum and site are free.
The funding to run this site comes from supp sales.
If I was running the site I would probably do the same sort of thing.
It’s a business.
Maybe I’m wrong but I doubt it.
I doubt this post will stay up very long lol
