How to Build Up Long Ass Arms?

gain bodyweight. your arms won’t grow if the rest of your body isn’t. and if your not doing some kind of curl you are cheating yourself.

bi’s - hammer curls, straight bar curls, reverse grip curls.
tri’s - cgbp, pressdowns, overhead extensions(w/ bands also), tate presses.

all of these in addition to your “compound” movements and plenty of rows.
