How to Avoid Losing Size After Bringing Up a Body Part?

Say you’re trying to bring your chest up and on top of your chest workouts you’re also doing 3 sets of chest flyes everytime you’re in the gym. Say after a month this brings up your chest and you drop the added sets daily.

This is a strategy I’ve seen reccomended and my question is what stops the muscle from getting smaller now that you’re doing less volume?

Haha nah, as long as you stay at a significant calorie surplus your body won’t have a reason to lose the size and strength you’ve acquired on your chest, as long as you’re still stimulating it weekly.

As long as your body has the resources to keep it why would it get rid of it
