Is there a way to determine your projected height? Im sitting at 6’5 270 pounds right now. Im also 17 and a senior in high school. Am I done growing or can I expect a few more inches? My parents are short 5’7-5’11 my mom has brothers that are tall thats how I get it.
You probably still have 2-4 years of vertical growth in you.
I am 5’8" at 15, is there any chance I can get out of this world of shortness?
Thanks thats great. I wanna play college football and being a linemen getting taller will help. Thanks man. Annihilator at 15 I was 5’8. I Hit a growth spurt. Now im 6’5. SO id just wait really
I wish. My father is like 5’7", that’s really bad.
I stopped growing at 17. 18 now.
So did my brother but when he was in his early 20s he gained another 2 inches.

Also not an expert but hitting the weight room hard and eating alot of good quality food will aid. Do alot of squats, deads…e.t.c… and eat clean for the most part. I wish I would of done it when I was younger. I would probably be a few inches taller.
I heard that lifting big weights was bad for kids like me, it kinda makes you shorter I heard.

So is my dad and my mom is around 5’1". I’m around 5’11"-6’ at 19…not tall but not short…
Yeah, 6 feet seems like a fair height, you’re not short, but you’re not tall enough to experiment some little problems (not fitting in most clothes or cars for exemple).

false.
you dont want to damage your growth plates, but just dont be stupid in the gym
I would wear boxers as i belive briefs would stunt growth
im 5’5", Went to the doctor the other day to get a physical. He said I probably wasnt going to get much taller. But height has never bothered me. Your supposed to tell me that a running back that weights 200 lbs and is 6 feet tall is going to be more successful than one that weighs 200 and is only 5’5?
Idk i just dont think it matters. if your fast your fast, if your strong, your strong. Why should height play that big of a role? (lol im not 200 but i just dont think height makes a lotta diference if you just work hard to work around it) woo hoo short ppl

Field vision. Hard to see holes developing when you’re only at ass-level. lol
you probably wont grow much more, though it depends did you grow a lot at one point in your life at all?
My parents are about the same height I’m 6’8 stopped growing at 17-growth spurt when I was 12-.

Im 17 and 6’5 too but I don’t think I’m gonna grow anymore. Because we’re tall, people won’t notice an extra inch or two.

False. When you get that tall every inch seems like so much more. Someone who is 6’3" gets the occasional “You’re tall” comment. I’m 6’5" and I get it multiple times a day. Every day.

Since when does hitting the weight room aid in height? I’ve never heard that…
The truth is there is no telling how tall you’re going to be. You might be able to get a general idea when looking at the height of your parents, but that’s about it.

Well I’ve not been 6’3 long enough to notice the difference

I’ve heard that an increase in testosterone and a few other things could possibly help.
