How Quick for E2 to Come Down Naturally?

I haven’t, unfortunately. However I do regularly speak to the guys at Balance My Hormones in the UK who are at least trying to get things right. I will soon be interviewing Dr Fionulla McHale in Ireland who Eric Serrano raves about. Wondering if she can take on UK patients or not.

At the end of the day guys, you’re measuring E2, watching the number go up and down, and then blaming your issue on that number. What about all the other things you’re not measuring? Any idea how many processes are occurring in the background? Why aren’t you measuring all of those other factors? As long as you obsess over this one number you won’t be figuring out what the actual solution is as you’re like a horse with blinders on. You need to look at the big picture. You’re raising testosterone levels. This should be the ONLY concern here on TRT. E2 will rise along with it because that is what it is SUPPOSED to do. They remain in a balance. If you raise T and your E2 remains tanked then that is a problem. We are aware of men supplementing with estrogen because their bodies don’t make enough of it. Your main concern is to not have an androgen deficiency. Forget about the other stuff. Ensure sufficient levels of androgens, keep those levels stable throughout the week, and give it time for it to have an effect and for your body to balance out. That’s it. Again, this stuff is relatively simple guys. As soon as you stop over-complicating it the sooner you will feel better.

Interesting, I’m actually from Ireland myself, though Belfast Northern Ireland which is in the UK, will have to research her.

My requirements for vitamin C went up after restarting TRT, 5 days in I was clearly deficient and the diabetes was hindering absorption of vitamins which the TRT corrected within a week allowing me to take a normal vitamin C dose and even 120mg without any problems.

The red flushing is even gone at almost three times the dose, all without symptoms, if I stopped TRT for any reason I would have to decrease the vitamin C again unless of course I continued treating the diabetes. There is not even a hint of anxiety, maybe irritability and slight crankiness from time to time when testosterone is low, but never had anxiety. I think my strong passion and determination is confused with anxiety.

Most men would have quit long ago having all the problems I have experienced in the last 3 years. Sticking to my guns and not giving up should speak for itself. When I state I see this in men, I’m referring to these forums, if you interpret that as in the medical profession, shame on you for making that assumption.

All someone has to do is ask, to be responsible I will word it differently in the future.

Thats the thing though. They don’t stay in balance. They TRY to but our bodies just need a little help.

FALSE

Not when it comes to E2. You do not want to do ANYTHING to manually change E2 levels. Adjust T and allow the body to adjust E2 accordingly.

You don’t raise one and lower the other. That is FALSE.

For someone who made the claim that I don’t understand biology… holy crap. Perhaps take a step back and do a bit of research first?

Never said that. Its not about changing e2 levels, its about freeing up t and therefore more dht to better balance the increased e2.

Do you honestly think its as simple as adjusting t? If that was the case these forums wouldnt exist. You are delusional. I think Your hormones are definately out of whack it obvious.

You made a claim earlier that my “understanding for biology is very basic its quite embarressing”

(forgot to mention you also misspelled ‘embarrassing’)

Still waiting for you to explain this one to me.

You increase T by increasing dose. Don’t try to lower SHBG. DHT isn’t even part of the equation here. One more thing that we don’t measure.

It is absolutely as simple as that. I have ZERO symptoms. I also know how to spell.

So you reckon you’re taking 500mg test alone with no symtons and you’re fine?

‘symptoms’

What symptoms do I have? It appears we must be close friends and talk about intimate details on a daily basis. Am I currently having issues with libido? Erections? Sleep? Cognition? Am I holding water? Do I feel lethargic? What are my issues exactly? My TRT dose is not 500mg a week so not sure where you came up with that.

Yes all of those i gaurantee it. You’re displaying signs of e2 dominance.

Hahahahaha!

I’ve got news for you… not even close. If I did, I sure as hell wouldn’t have a YT channel interviewing doctors, and actually be able to have the balls to show my face on camera with a straight face.

E2 dominance… yup… you must have a PhD in biology :stuck_out_tongue:

E2 dominance means an inbalance of the ratio between e2 and androgens.

E2 dominance is a bullshit term created by bro science.

You either have sufficient levels of androgens or you have a deficiency. That’s it.

My TRT dose is 250mg per week. What are you taking about 500? Are you also bad with math?

E2 dominance is science. You can have E2 dominance or dht dominance. Or BALANCE. Which you will never have because you refuse to believe It exists.

Go be afraid of E2… by all means  Make sure you take that AI!
