How Often Do You Do It?

Ian King has an interesting article in Issue 210 about age/stress levels/training frequency. I think, however, that his first chart has a typo. I believe it should be >35 train 3 times per week and <35 train 4 times per week. The chart has it the reverse.

I agree Avoids…seems like it should be the other way around.

It sounds right to me, the older you get , the more time you need for recovery.
