How Much Weight Loaded on Front Leg for Bulgarian Split Squat?

Done two sessions of these and was just curious about how much loading the front leg gets in a rear foot elevated or Bulgarian split squat.

I think some of the load goes through the back leg but how much. Say I weigh like 85kg then does that mean that the front leg is loaded up around 70ish kilos?

It sounds pretty good to be able to load up the legs like that and bang out reps without taxing stuff in my torso and back as much

I remembered when I first started doing them I wondered the same thing. I ended up doing some while the front foot was on a scale. I weighed 70kg and at the bottom of the squat the weight was around 50kg and at the top of the squat it went up to about 60kg.
