Back: 415x1
Front: 250x5, idk what it would be for max, probably never going to test that.
Back - 405 x 1
Front - 315 x 3
I havent tested 1RM’s in ages and havent done back squat since the last program was based on front squatting but here are the numbers anyway.
Back-160kgx5 (I think around 350lbs)
Front-130kgx3 (I think around 285lbs)

I can BSQ 375# 3-5x
BACK: 505X1
FRONT: 225X5
I just started front squatting.
Back: 585 x 1
Front: 225 x 18 (After my back squat workout)
I have to put my heals on plates to front squat deep with a narrow stance. My flexibility sucks. ![]()

I guess I could back squat more, I didn’t back squat for 5 months while front squating, then I switched, now I’m building back squat ![]()
270x3 front and 355x4 back. I guess around 75% of my back squat.
550 back, 300 x 3 front (but that’s after extensions and hacks, so I can’t give an exact figure,… maybe 350 if I did 'em first)

325x3 back squat, and 255x4 front squat for me. So like BurnMyEyes asserted, roughly 75% of back squat.
