X or any one else who is eating 300 grams of protein a day, I’m very curious to see what your daily eating looks like. I swear with all that protein the toilet is always calling your name. If it is not too much to ask, could you post your daily diet?[/quote]
If you eat between 1.5-3 pounds of meat and 2 shakes + a few eggs you are easilly over 300.
Here was the other day

Here is a higher carb day as well. These days are a little harder because the volume of food is increased substantially, but I still managed to hit these numbers before 6 PM and may or may not eat more later.

It’s funny how all most guys (now, I’m not big or strong at all) are trying to find that magic number from which they will get most muscle or are arguiing “But what if I only need 0.9855413g/lbs than I eat to much with 1gr/lbs”
While it’s actually really easy.
Just eat loads of protein (around 1g/lbs), yes this may be to much but who cares.
If it will be proven that you need 0.887592353651g/lbs will you eat that. Nothing less and nothing more?
Because more will be a waste and with less you have less results.
It’s way easier to just eat enough.
Than eat enough fat and fill up the rest with carbs. Then just look at the results and eventualy you could play around with how many protein, fat and cards.
I know the OP asked how much you need precisely. But like said, it depends on the person, training intensity, ect.
What if they do a study on BB’ers. Those subjects may or may not train harder than you or whatever and then as a result you will need more or less protein. So the question cant be answered.
