well here’s why you DONT have a fiber issue. Psyllium husk is SOLUBLE fiber. The kind that people use if they have IBS or diarrhea issues. My oates have mostly insoluable…which makes you shit loads and not solid. Its used for relieving constipation, not a good thing when you’re having trouble keeping things solid as it is with alot of protein. So im going to have to buy some

I probably have around 10 scoops a day now that I think about it haha. Yah, 24g per scoop. I usually land around 450g protein/day.

waylander, your diet looks like you have several cups of oats a day. when you did that, did u have pooper wiping issues (pre psyllium?) or was it not until the psyllium did everything become better? just had my first cup of oats in a long time yet i unleashed nuclear waste in the toilet this morning.
