OK, I’ve been dieting forever, and I now seriously NEED to put on some mass. Unfortunately, I haven’t gotten shredded, I think cause my metabolism has shut down from dieting so long. I really can’t afford to pack on more fat above what I already have (since its been so hard to even lose THAT)… so how much fat can I expect to put on in a two-week MAG-10 cycle, eating the requisite excess calories etc?
Well, Mag-10 doesn’t cause fat gain by itself, but if your goal is to gain a lot of muscle, then you’ll be eating alot. But you can eat more than you think and not gain much fat on an anabolic, so don’t fear the extra calories and carbs. As for how much fat gain, that depends on way too many factors to put a number on, including where you’re at now in bodyfat. See the “Esential Berardi” articles for info on that. The rest depends on diet, training, and genetics.
