I only stress about getting carbs in the morning, before and after workout, and eating a lot of protein. I work shifts, get my break at different times, workout at different times… not optimal for gains, but going by the basics is all that matters.

Gaining 2lbs a fortnight, in the last 3 months I’ve added 50lbs on bench, 100 on deadlift, I only do high rep squats.

I’m still a begginer though.
