Is that like, science?

i did elebenty lbs for a brazillion reps, like, quadronical years ago. sumo stance, of course.

ahahahahaha I’m so weak! My last workout I did 165x7x4

LMAO!

Hallowed with less reps you could def add weight.
but I’m sure you know that

Yeah its my format from Coach I’m in 6-8 rep range for four sets.
So I’ll go for 165x8x4 next time
then go back down to 6x4 with higher weight the workout after that…

Its all physique related so no 1RM attempts!
I’m just happy my GRIP can keep up at this point.

If you set your mind to it I’m sure you would blast me out of the water - I’ve seen those poppin shoulders of yours…

Aww thanks Frenchie! I got those shoulders from my daddy and they are my one BB and PL related genetic gift.

everyone knows sumo is cheating anyways.
Winston reminds me of the guy who told me he competes in the YMCA fed.

In the spirit of the thread though, 5x225x5 today, followed by snatch grip. Not a PR, but not bad after no conventional or remotely heavy DLing for a month.

riiight…
