How Much Can You Pull?

205x10 @ 128 - never really put more on the bar than that. I have pulled 405 from 18" though…

You probably need to work on your form. Have you considered not going ass-to-mouth? I’m no expert but it just might help ;).

Seriously though, I love threads like this. Sometimes I get caught up in being all “bad ass” because I am the only chick that DLs in my gym. It’s good to have the occasional ego check.

I recently pulled a none-too-pretty 225# at 135#.

That made me laugh. I find atm helps my pull. Seriously, every time I see a sign for an atm (automatic teller machine) I laugh like a 12 year old boy.

You are right that checking out other peoples numbers can be pretty humbling.

Deja wins cause of the no undies. But Mel is a BEAST and she is coming for ya.

My 175 pull(s) was at a bodyweight of 111.5 lbs., which puts that at 1.57 x BW. My lifetime goal is 2 x bodyweight (225, four plates I want 'em).

Thats 2 x BW conventional. Never tested my max sumo.

My only meet deadlift has been kind of embarrassing…248.8 at 132bw, but just Monday at the gym I did 245x2 followed by a set of 195x14. The goods news is that shit is going up!!

265 conventional at 165.

Anyone else pull last night? I got in the rack and pulled 315 from just at the kneecap, not a PR but my ass is weak these days so I was happy.
Here’s a vid of 135 kg at a meet in November, in a loose single ply suit. I’m going to set a goal of 2.3 x bw (310) raw. No more gear until the fall for me.
