Roids or not, thats amazing. What on earth is he saying though???

yeah buddy! lightweight!

Man, he kills me. Repping out like that- “one more, lightweight”.
I’m going to have to try that.(the mantra, not the weight.)

I’ve actually done it on a few PR attempts when I’m struck by how heavy a weight is as I unrack it. It helps me for some reason.

My dick hurts from seeing her face. Youtube needs an ugly filter.

Man, that “guy” looks like a monstrous douche. Not that his friend/little brother/butt pirate lover behind him is helping things.

That, and it really must suck to have to use a powerlifters benching techniques to put up 220. How embarassing…

Fuck, that curler guy had me laughing pretty good, he’s so HYYYYYYYYYYUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGGGEE!!!

Those are impressives military presses for her, hell for anyone.

Here are some more lifts from Kara.

Well I mean relatively “simple”. I by no means can boast a 600 bench. But when the record is over a half ton…

600 lb bench press… almost

ouch!

Actually I’ve seen that before. I think it was like a world record attempt at 1200 or something, not a simple 600.

simple 600? that ain’t simple for me. i can’t do 600. but that’s what it said on the title “600 bench press”… i have no idea how much it was, looks like a alot though.

sure was funny though watching his legs fly up

As for the rest of these videos…
My belief is only reinforced that all young folk between the onset of puberty and the age of 21 should be locked away or in some way fully segregated from society. What do you get when you mix the judgment and wisdom of a child with the hormones of an adult? A douchebag.

Even though the film was titled “220”, it looked like 3 plates and at least a 10 lb. weight on the last single. So it’s possible he did 335 on the last one, not bad for a guy who doesn’t look very strong.

How much weight is that really? It cannot be 400+ pounds.

Here’s Markus Ruhl’s girlfriend, er, boyfriend, er…whatever it is!
