Bahahahah!
I think this is the first time in history I have ever seen someone with negative peaks on their biceps.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

This dude is so bad ass. 225 for 1 rep… can you believe it?

What i’m confused about is how his spotter can upright row 225 and still have small biceps!

That kid was pushing so hard it looks like he’s going to hurl. Hard Farkin Core!

Those kids remind me of that comic strip, Quaid and wotisname.

Because to have big biceps, he needs to squat that 225.

Fake plates.

I don’t even know where to start…
“What the fuck!?” is all that comes to mind. I wanna kill that guy,the guy holding the camera, and his 120lb “pride wrestling” spotter…

The guy from heavy lifting I and II wins the Golden Globe for most dramatic performance in a gym scene. On cables and machines no less.

D

I realy wanted to see the strings break on the kid in upside down pulls.

I love it when people flail about like a cat in a bathtub.

That one would only have been funny if he fell on his head.

600 lb bench press… almost

ouch!

Ronnie with 200lb dumbbells

Actually I’ve seen that before. I think it was like a world record attempt at 1200 or something, not a simple 600.

Yeah, and I echo the sentiments of his friends in the second one. “What a faggot.”
Bauer97 wrote:
When he said “2 forty fives” I was looking for 225 on the bench. Never, and I mean never in a dedace of lifting have I seen somebody be so proud of struggling to get 135 up.

I want to break his arms.
When I was but a young punk, first starting to lift, me and a buddy of mine were ecstatic to finaly be able to put up 135. Then one of the guys came over and said “good job. You’re almost to our warmup. Keep lifting.”

That’s motivation.

Man, he kills me. Repping out like that- “one more, lightweight”.
I’m going to have to try that.(the mantra, not the weight.)

this one tops them all
