From anecdotal information I keep hearing it is better to have a higher Carb ratio for Mass gain but many using a higher Protein ratio seem to stay leaner. I know that it all depends on the individual but just curious to see how many of you have had success with the 40%P 30%C 30%F ratios for mass gain.
From the lack of answers to this post I take it no one here has used this particular ratio to gain mass. I remember reading somewhere that this is the ratio Anthony Ellis used to gain all his mass.
