If you’re cutting it’s hard to fit 75g of fat into your macros (the amount in 10 eggs). If they’re bulking it’s because they are just as misguided as the rest of the world.

I can give you a link to my bloodwork. It all came back as excellent. I eat 30 or so eggs a week, lately its been more. Probably 40.
I cook them in extra butter. Sometimes I top them with ground hamburger and heavy cheese.

Because you’re dumb enough to believe what you read in crappy fitness magazines.
I love eggs. I like to use the brown ones cause there shell is harder to break.
I don’t think you can go wrong with eggs, but curb your intake when you start to get terrible gas…

The yolk is the best part of the egg and contains most of the nutrients.
