How many days straight do you guys workout i usually do 5 on 2 off
2 days on 1 day off for me…that equates to 5 training days a week.
I try to do 4 on 1 off, but it usually ends up being 6 on 1 off.
3 on, 1 off.
i just keep going until i feel really sore, then i take a day off. it could be 2 and 1, or 8 and 1
Honestly hate taking days off but I know I have to so usually fridays

2 on, 1 off, 1 on, 1 off, 1 on, 1 off, repeat. 4 lifting days, with 3 off/cardio days.
depends on how I’m recovering.
Usually 2-5 on, 1-2 off, depending on schedule.
Sometimes I have to do top secret missions. And I cant train.
3 on 1 off, but I should change that up sometime soon been doing that for years.
when I cant stop drinking.
2 on, 1 off.
4rth or 5th that, could b 2, 3, usually 4 or 6 on and 1 off
