I was thinking of taking some of the Dale Alexander’s Emulsified Omega-3 oil, but nowhere on the packaging (or the TwinLab website) do I see a macronutrien profile provided. It has apple pectin in it, which as far as I can tell is a carb source. I want to add everything I eat into my food journal, and I’m trying to keep my carbs under 30g / day, and its a little tough when you don’t have all the information!
Anyone have any theories about how a tablespoon of this product adds up?
