How long will it take for me to regain the vast amounts of strength I lost from a 10 week cut (150mg test 100mg primo at 1400 calories) to a bulk (600mg test 400mg primo at 3000 calories)?

If you lost that much strength then you didn’t diet properly

It will take what it takes. Don’t rush to lift heavy again and risk injury.

What was the vast amount of strength and how much was the body weight loss?

Agreed. I’ve cut down a weight class in powerlifting my dots actually went up.

My guess is 2.7

Same. A lot of it comes back pretty quick. True muscle loss may take time to rebuild and cost some strength but if strength is the focus most of the neural adaptation will be back quickly with increased training intensity in my experience.

Give us an idea how much scale weight did you lose in 10 weeks?

How much scale weight do you plan to put back on?

What do you think was your percent body fat at the end of your cut?

IMO, it is foolish to do the bodybuilder’s yo-yo diet. Don’t ever bulk to the point that you don’t look good at the beach. You don’t need to be fat to put on muscle.
