I think your program looks fine, and in terms of actual body composition results, I don’t think it makes a difference if you do the hill workouts on a separate day or after your lifting. I personally enjoy having off days, so I do my HIIT workouts (hill sprints usually) after my lifting sessions. 2 pieces of advice: 1) be careful about doing sprints after leg days.
Sprinting on depleted legs is not wise. 2) assuming you spend an hour lifting, I would make sure my hill sprint workout took no longer than 20 minutes. You can probably handle more intervals when doing them on a separate day, but when doing them after a lifting session you will deplete faster.
Not to mention how you are now pushing your total workout time for the day above the hour mark, which isn’t the end of the world, but not ideal. For me this usually works out to a 5 minute progressive warm-up, and then 6-8 ALL OUT 30-second hill sprints, with 1:30 rest time (most of it spent walking back down) between sprints.
