How I Stay at 8% Bodyfat Year Round

Nah. Gave credit to the author. They are old poems, which shows how classic this situation is.

I love a good literary meat head

I’m gonna call bullshit here.

So in other words you want to create the illusion of being big.

Hater. 3X BW deadlifts for 5 reps from lifters with bad genetics are a dime a dozen.

this thread reminds me that I need to train harder.

What the hell man by that logic she shouldn’t even train I mean why bother if it’s going to be even harder for her.

You say you go to absolute failure every time. Why? Jay Cutler for instance never went to failure. If you go to failure every set + wanting to be 5% + active job yeah I can imagine you would have trouble to recover and zero gains if you don’t rest and eat enough.

I did that PHUL routine when I started lifting like 6 or 7 years ago. I suggest you read it again because I don’t remember no sets to failure

Yes I want to create the illusion of being bigger by being really shredded

And to being honest any grown man who has been training for should able to deadlift 405 for 5 reps a 405 deadlift is not even strong

You already have been accused of juicing, so just keep on doing what you’re doing lol

True, @samul didn’t even got for the good stuff  Imagine what he’d do on creatine and deep water

I did not tell her to stop training all I said was that you can compare a and girl results because guys already have more muscle mass and yeah I know that PHUL said not to go to failure but I just like to go to failure on every set and I feel I can recover fine at 5% bodyfat while also working very active job

Is this one of these guys who posts the same shit under a new profile every six months??

…Not sure if he deserves gentle trolling or full ‘GPS level’ banter

I’m honestly not trolling

How old are you again, OP?

I’m 22

Yeah I’ve seen high school kids deadlift a decent amount but not at 132 lbs. What really got me were the other two claims. If you go to this link https://strengthlevel.com/
and type in your age, body weight and 3 reps @ 225 lbs that would estimate your 1RM at 238 which would rate you at between advanced and elite for your body weight with just 2 yrs lifting experience. And if you can hold 90 lbs around your waist and do 3 pull ups I’ll eat my shorts.

I was this same height/weight/build when I was 22. Not impressive tho

And 150 is hardly bearmode or “fat”. If you wanna get bigger and stay lean just eat slightly above whatever you call maintenance and build up over time.

Me, Idove into a 10 year bulk and now I’m trying to lose weight

You kinda need to consider who the accusation came from as well :joy:

Everyone at the gym that I go to says that strength is everything and that every single guy should be able to deadlift 405 for reps and bench 225 for 3 reps and do weighted 90lb pull ups for 3 rep in 2 years of lifting
