How I Stay at 8% Bodyfat Year Round

Does that mean you’ve put a light in the dungeon finally?

Still the same 2.

Please don’t lump yourself in with bear mode training methods and lifestyle. I don’t pretend to be following Bruce Lee’s methods.

I’m I sorry I didn’t not mean to offend you in anyway you obviously train really harder and go all out in the gym because your physique shows that you train really hard but I was just told that in order for me to get bigger I need to lift I heard that if I’m deadlifting 500lbs that automatically I will have big legs and if I benching 315 I would automatically have big chest shoulders and triceps please let me know on how to get bigger

No the punctuation I was hoping for.

Trust me I have try bulking and it just made me fat not muscular I look way bigger at 132lbs then I did at 150lbs I just have really bad genetics so the only thing I can do to make me not look crap is just get really lean

Follow Jon Andersen’s Deep Water program and diet.

If you are serious, do 5/3/1 BBB Beefcake, 1 week Deload, 5/3/1 Building The Monolith, 1 week deload, Deep Water beginner and Deep Water intermediate.

26 weeks of training. You will be transformed.

You won’t find ripped bears, but you won’t find a weak one either. Bear mode does not mean “not ripped”.

Look, listen to people who’ve done what you want to do and put a little more heart into your lifting. You can figure this out.

I have heard about alphadestiny before I just truly believe that some people have genetics to be while others like me will never big in a millions I have train for 2 year and all my lifts when up but I feel like I have put on zero muscle at all and the only reason why I look a little muscular is because I’m so lean

Thank you but I feel like I am doom to be small a lean forever

With an attitude like that, you are.

I have that attitude because I have been lifting for 2 years and I have no gains even tho I’m way stronger than I was when I first start lifting because I understand in order get big I need to lift heavier weights every single workout but my body only gets stronger not bigger

Like I said.

Put a little more heart into your lifting. Follow one of the programs that have been suggested, then make sure you are busting your ass.

I’ve seen no evidence of this so far. Perhaps this is one of the missing keys to success?

No, you need to lift heavier in a multitude of rep range. What’s your 10RM on squat and bench (barbell/dumbbell, flat/incline i don’t care)?

You’re gonna need to eat a lot if you want to get bigger. 150g protein everyday, minimum, and a good amount of calories from healthy-ish foods. Can’t build if you don’t eat.

I’ll ask again, what exactly does your lifting program look like?

I can bench 170 for 10 reps and deadlift 305 for 10 reps

Welp that’s the second time squats haven’t been mentioned.
