You should try lifting weights mmkay
I do lift weights I just have bad genetics
1 word… Quebec XD And even more, i spent the last 3 years working near the pole. What’s a beach, is it a magical creature? XD
How long have you been lifting? It takes yearSSSS to add muscles, not weeks/months. Being a certain weight just to be a certain weight doesn’t do shit, but being a certain weight after yearSSSS of muscle accumulation end up looking much more better.
How can you tell?
I have been lifting for 2 years trust I have really bad genetics when I go bear mode I dont look muscular I just look like a fatass
You have not been trying hard enough. Unless you believe that is genetic.
Somehow everybody believes they have bad genetics, even Gymshark athletes
I have been trying I understand that in order for me to get bigger I need strong my when I first started lifting I can only bench the bar for 2 reps pull ups for 2 reps and deadlift 135 now I’m deadlifting 405 for 5 reps and benching 225 for 3 reps and weighted pull ups with 90lbs plus my bodyweight for 3 reps
You have not.
Look at how many times in this topic alone you have attempted to take the easy way out of something. You have a predisposition toward the path of least resistance. If you are saying THAT is genetic, ok I suppose, but the solution is the same: work harder.
Quoting lifts is a silly thing to do: you already demonstrated you will lie about numbers to make a point.
I Will be the asshole… yesterday you said 160, today 132lbs today you deadlifted 405 and tomorrow…225?
I’m not like you you have ronnie coleman genetics my genetics are so bad that they are worst then Jason blaha
I wouldn’t call the picture you posted “bear mode”, not by a long shot. What was your bulking nutrition strategy to get to that? Usually people claiming they get too fat have one of three problems: 1) an unhealthy emotional attachment to abs; 2) their bulking strategy is to throw quality nutrition out the window and eat everything in sight; 3) they aren’t working hard enough to turn the added food into muscle.
I would be very hard-pressed to believe the dude in the pictures you posted could hit either one of the lifts you’ve claimed.
This is another silly thing you have said.
I being honest I’m not trolling you guys I swear I just have very bad genetics I mean think about it I look crap when I’m lean and I look even worst bear mode and I do train harder I train to absolute failure on every set and exercise expect for deadlifts
I’m just being honest you have good gentics and I dont I will never be big in a million years
This is true.
Honestly is not your strong suit. Neither is genetic evaluation.
You came here seeking answers. Now that they are not what you wanted to hear, you seek an argument.
If you knew as much about training as you are acting like you know, you would have no questions.
I’d give anything for you to learn how to use the punctuation keys.
You can outgrow your genetics, but if you have the mindset you do, you never will. What does your training routine look like? If you follow guys like Blaha and take any sort of advice from them, you could get a lot of benefit from reading through some of the training logs on here. Find the big, strong guys and understand how they got here.
And for the record, @T3hPwnisher is the way he is because he works harder than anyone else. Look through his log, you don’t wake up in the morning one day and magically gain that ability. It takes work.
Legit one of the many signs of "path of least resistance’ I was writing on.
I am on a phone between sets of squats here.
