I’m not lying I actually weight 132lbs I can get really shredded easily because I’m a ecotomorph and that is also why I can gain muscle because I’m a ecotomorph

Lying about lying just gets circular.

I’m not lying I show you proof that I got stronger but I have no gains

There is no evidence you could present to me that could convince me that you are not a liar :slight_smile:

Honest question: does it make you feel better to have an excuse for not achieving what you want?

I’m aware it sucks to not achieve what you want, does having an excuse make it easier to deal with?

I’m not making excuses I’m telling you the truth if you had my genetics you would be saying the same thing to

Does it make you feel better to believe it’s your genetics holding you back?

I’m not saying that I cant never build muscle it just that I won’t ever be a bodybuilder because I set realistic goals that are achievable for me

Hey cool: lies.

That wasn’t the question I asked.

Shit… I just realized I don’t film my workouts either :sweat_smile::sweat_smile:

What I meant by that is that I can build 20lbs muscle in my first year of training I can only build 5lbs of muscle in my first year because I have bad genetics

You mean you did only build 5lbs. You have no idea what you can and can’t do, you only have 2 years experience. The only thing you know right now is that your current approach doesn’t work.

Damn, that genetic guy must have a freaking wide back…

Unless you’re at the top, genetic is the weak’s excuse…

I would love to train at Westside for a day. I mean, I’d probably die, but it would be fun as shit and a good way to go out, hahaha.

Pretty sure Louie lets a lot of people come in and train. Call him up.

How would you understand what his answer was?
