So what am I supposed to do then I was told that in order to get bigger I need to get stronger can you please help me now
I gave you 26 weeks of training already.
Complaining about genetics or factors out of your control is some incel shit, but I wouldn’t be surprised if you fall into that category
Nobody has “hardgainer genetics”, and body somatotypes like ectomorph and mesomorph are pseudoscience. Eddie Hall is a former swimmer who was has been every body type. Thor is a former basketball player and has been every body type. Genetics had nothing to do with any of that aside from their height.
Keep in mind you’re also young and just started lifting. I was stuck at a 185 bench for damn near a decade, now I’m closing in on 315 and held the drug tested state record for a short period of time.
This is such an awkward expression.
It reminds me of the time this guy came up to me and my girlfriend in a bar. He was like blackout drunk and feeling frisky, so he sidled right up, like nudging into my armpit. Me and the woman are like Wtf!?! And that’s when dude looks me right in the eyes and goes “RAAAWR!” in the drunkest, sultriest tone he could muster.
That’s 150 lb. bear mode.
It’s just no good. Stop that.
That’s what I thought. A minute ago you could do 3 reps of pull ups with 90 lbs at 132 lbs. So you’re saying you cut 18 lbs of body weight but your pull up strength doubled :^ /
Right? I’m 180 right now and I feel like a twig
I’ll never be really big, and I’ll never use that phrase.
Maybe bag of tapioca mode. Or chicken stuffed with pudding mode.
But not bear mode. Too many other implications.
The pull ups with the 45lb plate was my first of lifting year on may 2 2019 when I was 150lbs so I did a cut and cut down 130lbs on July then i bulk up to 140lbs on April 1 2020 so i did another cut and cut down to 132lbs and that is how i got 90lb weighted pull ups for 3 reps because I have been training hard for 2 years
You know nothing about pull up strength lol the less you weigh the easier it is to do more pull ups with more weight for example I now weight 132lbs and I can 90lb weighted pull ups for 3 reps in total that is 222lbs and if I decide to bulking up to 150lbs again I would only be able to do 72lb pound weighted pull ups which still = in total to 222lbs
I personally believe genetics can be changed through action/reaction, I was an ectomorph in high school but now i think I look like a 100% mesomorph
I think you look good. If I was you I would focus on health improvement and muscle gain.
But I have been training for 2 years and I’m only 132lbs at 7% bodyfat
So at 21% body fat - I am triple perfect
This is starting to sound like Ground Hog’s Day :^ /
I’m just being honest look I show you proof that I got stronger and getting stronger should me that i got bigger but that is not what happen i got stronger for sure but i have literally zero gains there are no gains seen on my body because i have dogshit genetics for building muscle
You are training poorly and eating poorly. Fuck sake it’s not that hard.
How did your bodyfat% go down 1 whole percent while your weight stayed the same since you started this topic?
God tier genetic i guess XD
Try increasing your food intake
I may not have the best genetics, I don’t really know, nor do I really care. I train hard as shit, grow, and have a lot of fun. Isn’t that what it’s all about? I’m not delusional about certain physiques. You’re NEVER going to be Bruce Lee…you’re NEVER going to be Ronnie Coleman. Know why? Because there’s only one of them. You’re you. Accept that and train or find something else to do.
Because I can lose fat very easily but I cant gain muscle
