How does this look for basic program for an older guy trying to stay strong.

Squat 5 Pros, 3 FSL
SLDL 3x10
Abs

Bench 5 Pros, 3 FSL
Chins 5x10
DB Press 3x10
Bi/Tri. - optional

Dead Lift 5 Pros, 3 FSL
DB Squat 3x10
Abs

Press 5 Pros, 3 FSL
DB Rows 5x10
DB Bench 3x10
Bi/Tri. - optional

Try for two leader cycles the go for prs on an anchor cycle. Dont see why this wont work.
