First set 32-40
second set 20-25

You have serious abandonment issues. Why else would you feel the need to CONSTANTLY hijack the OP’s thread? Even when you know it makes you look like a complete fool, you continue to do it. That’s some deep seeded shit!

Why don’t we just go ahead and end this thread!?! I appreciate the constructive comments and kind things said from those who came here to critique my physique. This thread has become a whole different animal. I’ll post new pics in a new thread when I’m done cutting. Thanks!
This might help you on the traps. Instead of doing barbell shrugs or holding 2 dumbbells, try holding 1 dumbbell instead. Your range of motion will increase and it might hit your traps by far much better, giving it better potential for growth. This was a tip given by Charles Poliquin, I hope it helps you.

Fine I will, it was ok for others to critique u, but not for me to say you do not look 195. As far as posting pics goes I did not know that was the unwritten rule. I will appologize and say I’m sorry for recking your thread. However, I will not stand back and be shreeded by people that have no pics themseleves and not defend myself. Bottom line on that!
Your are in excellent shape bro and your pics are motivational for a lot of guys on this site that want a leaner muscular look. We are the same height but my current weight is 215 pounds with 11% bodyfat. My goal is to stay at 215-or 210 but lower my bodyfat in the 7-9% range.

Looking great man. You probably have decent delts, it’s just that your pose doesn’t flatter them much. But, I would suggest you tweak the traps a little bit. They’re the only weak point I see, and it’s a slight one at that.

Thanks for the rating and comments. My goals are mostly fitness/athletic oriented with solid lean muscle mass.

Looks like you’re reaching your goals. Keep up the strong work.

I think you look great the way you are - keep up the good work
You are doing just great…why cut though…your pretty ripped as it is…
I gave you a pretty good mark just because you are around where I aspire to. You look pretty strong too…what r your lifts?

What!? I’m 5’8 178 and this guy dwarfs me in height and muscle mass. And I carry very little body fat, a lsight bit more than him but still. I’d have put him at 200. But anyway, you already look like a tool so I’ll shut up.
Very solid work bro. I got caught up in the numbers a few years ago, but now (just turned 34), I worry more about quality.
THat’s a good work to describe your physique man, whether people doubt your height or weight (guess they really dont have anything better to do), the hard work shows through. at least an 8 rating (I know putting meat on a tall frame aint easy. I’m 5’9, and my brother’s 6, and when we weight the same, I just look so much denser -lol)

I haven’t had the opportunity to take pictures of my legs, however here’s my measurements. I have no clue what they should be, but they appear very complimentary of my upper body. Certainly not body builder sized legs, but for my goals, I wouldn’t want them much bigger.
Thigh: 24.3
Calves: 16.2
I hope these numbers help for those people wanting a little perspective on my legs.
