I didn’t read through the entire thread, but I just wanted to say a few things

First off, I’m a woman so… don’t think the following comments are weird

re: “the rug” your chest hair is perfect right now, to most women’s tastes. not sure if that’s what you would care about, but just saying

re: the guy posting pics of himself on your thread - you just look like a moron and like you’re trying to solicit little boys in all your pictures. blaine looks much better than you.

I never once said that i look better in any thread, or dog blaines physique. I simply stated that I did not believe his weight. Then As far a comparing me to blaine thats like comparing a bodybuilder too a physique model. Were going for two differnt looks. Blaine would make a better model for sure however, I resemble a pro bodybuilder more.

As far as most of the people rating on this site they are 3 times a week machine circuit trainers with two years experiance so thier comments do not matter to me. They could go to my thread and give me all 1’s for all I care.

Blaine has 15 years of weight training I know he has some idea of what bodybuilder is supposed to look like, and thats why he cannot rip on sheer lean mass which is what i’m gunning with. And he never did ripp on my physique but, the rest of you with no photo’s and two years training did. Two that I lol.

Over his weight? He’s easily 195 at 6’. He isn’t looking like he’s holding the water and fat you seem to have, and I’ve been there, so your train of thought is probably skewed by 20-25 lbs IMO. My heaviest was 178 at 5’6, but I feel like I look a lot better at 160-165.

My pics are out there, but why would I need to post a pic as you rudely did in somone else’s thread in order to tell you I can easily see he’s 195?

Other Tool - You don’t look quite as good, different look or not. And at 6 ft 195lbs it looks to me like he’s more, not less. I’m 176 @ 5’10 and look no where near as big as him - and Im 7% BF and same body type.

This thread is for Blaines pics not yours. So quit calling people tools for not being as rude as you, and posting their pics here.

I never called anybody a tool, does anybody actually followw these conversations.

its immpossible to tell someones exact weight from looking at a pic. thats like me saying i dont believe you are 5,10 you look at least 6,2 you just cant tell these things through a pic.

Looking great. Low BF% and looking very healthy. As other people mentioned, I would work on shoulders and traps.

Keep it up and when you’re done with your cut phase post back. I would like to see the improvement and changes.

Not related but impressive lifts too! You mentioned you got 3 knee surgeries, did you go low on your squats or parallel? What did you do other than volume to prevent knee problems? That’s a tad scary, I’ll take knee care more seriously.

Thanks for your comments and suggestions. I’ll be working on my shoulders and traps. I’ll definitely post back after my quick cutting phase.

Per the knee questions, all my knee surgeries were in high school as a result of football, not lifting…that was 11 years ago, I’m 30 now. So, I didn’t really do much squating at that time, but the squating I did do was relatively light weight and I did both parallel and 90 degrees.

As for preventative stuff: single leg squats are excellent, both linear and lateral; Bulgarian split squats; BB lunges in all directions and step ups; plyo work, especially paying attention to a smooth negative and positive, and stability, single leg balance work from all angles…I could go on and on.

Also, flexibility has been a tremendous help.

Whether u all like me or not, I got decent legs and I do what I consider light weight for me for high reps and thats how I got my legs big. But you must train to faliure and past the pain or light weight for legs means nothing.

First set 32-40
second set 20-25
3rd 15-20
4th 10-15
5th 5-10
