How Do I Reach a 405 Squat?

Hey Chris long time no talk on this forum, Looking back i came of as a douche when i started this thread. I want to apologize for that! Progress seems to be going great i have been hitting PR’s every month. Im currently counting my calories and seeing if i can manage to lose 5 pounds. It looks as though i have already lost 2 pounds and progress keeps going up. So far it seems possible to lose weight and keep gaining strength based on my level of experience. I will keep this post updated maybe once i manage 405 on the squat ill post a video.

I’d say you are knocking on 365’s door right now based on the video. 405 is just around the corner. Keep up the hard work!

Ha whats up Marvin, this is Will from TPS. I train at the same time as him and I can say he was pretty committed to lifting and diet, probably more so than me diet wise, and I’ve hit 405 squat and 485 deadlift myself (in competition w/ RPS). No need to hassle him for some noob questions.
