I actually have to question your advice myself. Why Ensure over Boost. And if you use in Ensure, sould it be the PLUS, High Protein, Fiber… which subcategory? I can’t believe you were so vague.
Ensure is scientifically designed to arch your eyebrows. This phenomenon is the result of the specific blend of soy and estrogen, along with some really great minerals to make your hair shine.
You know, I’d love to get mad about this but you are very right.
There are the regular blue collar types, and then there are superguineas like those pictured (I’m part Italian, but even I can’t deny this). It is a sad New Jersey quirk… nothing can be done. They are commonly known as “Gucci fags” around here.

I’m reading that as sarcasm.

Toodles, dude, don’t worry man. Part of the fun around here is the fact that so many people have attitude.
no i wasn’t being sarcastic the guy strikes me as humble i read some of his post and i haven’t see him bash on anyone but yet you got people hating on him
I think he meant the post you were referring to was sarcasm. I doubt anyone is disrespecting caveman, the same as you shouldn’t have been disrespected because people were giving you compliements.
I will say that people have a tendency to overlook the years put in building a solid base of size as they only focus in on how lean someone is when dieted down. We saw it in Da Freak’s thread while he was getting contest ready.
Some seemed to truly not understand that it took him building up to a much larger size so that he could diet down to the weight he did and look good.
I respect Caveman for the effort he put in, however, he doesn’t have a thing to do with this topic or the fact that too many guys who have no size on them at all are more worried about bringing out their lower obliques than whether they ahve actually built muscle everywhere else.
As in other areas of bodybuilding, people don’t seem to be able to grasp the concept of STAGES of development.
I am dieting now…so why do many posters still attempt to make little jabs as if all I do is constantly bulk? They can’t think beyond this. They see a picture of a bodybuilder and think it is a constant state of being. I doubt many here actually understand how much people change in terms of conditioning over the course of a year if the goal is more size and strength.
All they see is the end product and then try to bypass the other crucial steps as they run back towards the finish line before they even ran the race.
hahaha! just to be perfectly clear to everyone—i was indeed being sarcastic.
i can still remember last summer when caveman originally posted pics, i was absolutely blown away. the guy looks amazing. we dont get too many shots of his back, but in the pic that was used for the powerful image you can see his back in the mirror behind him and its big and thick as hell. and the tats…i only have one, and right now i have to hold off on anymore because in “my future line of work” i cant be all tatt’d up, at least not from the start.
now back to the topic at hand–HIP BONES! btw, in case anyone didnt know, the pic of that big shredded bald bodybuilder is kevin levrone, in the gym that he used to own, which is the gym that i go to. anyway, worthless info but oh well

I’m pretty sure that picture is going to be very useful for months to come.
lol I knew he meant the iliac crest - I gave no thought to the hipbones…
Therefore I accept your soy latte, if I can buy you a bran muffin

A prior slogan was Dangerous Muscle as well, which can have many interpretations.
Did you not read TC’s last article, where he talks about how dysfunctional this website can seem, in terms of information, and how it has the capability of being all things to all people?
That includes those of us who don’t wish to be 300 pounds of muscle, but instead want to look good nekkid. Now, gee, where have I heard that before? I’ll swear that term was coined by somebody…now let me think…
It ain’t all about YOU. It’s about US. That includes HIM. Deal with it.
I’m sorry… I was just referring to the fact that when someone posts a picture, circles the guys hip bones and then asks “how do I get these muscles?” he should probably THINK about it first.
My post seems to have upset you. I apologise for any emotional damage I may have caused and I offer to buy your next soy latte as a peace offering.
Why do so many of you think that this look is caused by anorexia or simply the jutting out of the hip bone? Our own Caveman exhibits this “V” shaped look to his waist and it is just a product of his strong obliques, solid lower abs, and low level of bodyfat–not a result of his skin wrapped around the hip bone or his lack of eating.
Fuck.
Somebody buy Caveman a soy latte quick. Fucking metrosexuals like Caveman shit me.
Don’t tell us jacross, you heard the Prof was being slagged and felt the need to jump on this thread to his rescue.
You did a good job of diverting the attention from him. Well Done. It’s like you’re Robin to his Batman, Jane to his Tarzan or Bonny to his Clyde.
Recently a British BBer called Paul George competed in the English Grand Prix weighing 168lbs. He beat many far higher profile pro BBers. Caveman looks just as big, if not bigger, and has a similar level of bodyfat ie none!
Just tell me what’s metrosexual about that?

…Dude what the fuck are you talking about?
I don’t quite follow you so I’ll just say that I was being sarcastic and that I don’t really like Prof X that much at all (well I don’t know him so by that I mean his negative comments are often unwarranted and I don’t think being some “mythical monster man” gives him the excuse).
…But you know I’m more than happy to help him out here…by taking the opposite stance.
Dude, ive got those but all they really are to me are ‘love handles’. They look cool but all it is for me is fat…dont know why they are so important to some people.

Well, on some people they are well-developed obliques, the fruits of years of building quality mass and getting lean enough to show it off. That is probably why
