Why do so many of you think that this look is caused by anorexia or simply the jutting out of the hip bone? Fuck.
Somebody buy Caveman a soy latte quick. Fucking metrosexuals like Caveman shit me.

I don’t see how this post is much different from any other skinny bastard posting pictures…and then asking about the “Apollo’s belt” magical hip lines.
I thought this site was the anti-Brad Pitt site…not the “I want the lines in my hips that the dude Fight Club has”.
Whatever.
Apparently, we have awoken the sleeping metros with only one well timed response. I suggest we take this opportunity to slay them all.
im just about tired of that fucking caveman. with his awesome back and being big and shredded and all. and his badass tattoos, im just sick of him.
anyway, im in agreement, this is primarily a bodybuilding site, not an anatomy and physiology seminar. if you want to know which parts of your body you need to get rid of in order for other parts to be emphasized, get yourself a text book
gh guts are cool now. seriously, it’s the in thing. sarcasm. if someone does not have knowledge in a particular field, they should ask questions. if someone does have knowledge, they should answer. if you want to be a dick, go to the war room forums. i’m going to go hang out with my friends now. you might of heard the term before.

Don’t tell us jacross, you heard the Prof was being slagged and felt the need to jump on this thread to his rescue.
You did a good job of diverting the attention from him. Well Done. It’s like you’re Robin to his Batman, Jane to his Tarzan or Bonny to his Clyde.
Recently a British BBer called Paul George competed in the English Grand Prix weighing 168lbs. He beat many far higher profile pro BBers. Caveman looks just as big, if not bigger, and has a similar level of bodyfat ie none!
Once again, the adonis belt has nothing to do with being a skinny Brad Pitt wanna-be. It’s an anatomical feature which is more visible in some people than others due to genetics. Plenty of MMA fighters have visible “belts”, and not just the lightweights, either.
I would have expected nearly all of the “experienced” posters here to know this (fortunately, more than a few did – but just as many did not). It’s one thing to be wrong about something. I wouldn’t blame anyone for it. However, it’s quite another to continue bashing someone else on a mistaken assumption when clear evidence arises that refutes your position. So why not cut it out and show some humility?
Nominal, I suspect the bashing arose because of the original picture used to highlight the feature in question.
Seriously, I suspect everyone knows it involves being lean, but often, we see new people pop on and want to cut down to insane levels of leanness while they weigh all of 140lbs.
I mean, it’s fine if that is what they choose to do, but on a site such as this there might be a little ball busting to go along with it.
Anyway, as usual, the person asking the question has at least got an answer. Hopefully they’ll take the ribbing well and the world will keep on spinning.

First, stop eating meals. You want to go as long a possible without real food in your mouth. I would suggest some Ensure and lettuce…but only use the Ensure when absolutely hungry beyond control. Slimfast is also a great supplement for your goals. Whatever you do, no solid food and no heavy weights.
Heavy weights are for pussies and we know where the real women love to hang…off of Justin Timberlake!!! Do situps for like 300 times every night. That coupled with your super low ab inducing food intake will bring those muscles out like nobody’s business!!! Man, girls are gonna be all over you!!!@!!!
Why do you have to keep being sarcastic toward people’s goals? Not everyone wants to be huge.
Anyways, to get the side cuts its more about losing bodyfat than working out. From the looks of it, its more the hip bone forming that cut than muscle. So just keep your diet clean.
not everyone want to be huge???(and SMOOTH!!!) like him???

I don’t understand why people are hating on caveman…
At first I just thought you were poking fun at him . . . but the original poster’s handle really is “Toodles”.

Right, and Caveman dieted down to that…after years of building that size initially (not to mention his genetic structure which can’t be duplicated). I am willing to bet that Toodles is far from this level of development. Care to make a deal?
SSDD. Same old story around these parts. Just a partially different cast of characters.
And apologies for maybe posting this on the wrong site. I found it in my favorites folder today and tbh I am not sure how or when I found it. I didn’t realise that the forum was strictly towards intense power lifting, body building and bulking etc etc.
That picture of those guys in the club is great. I hope I don’t offend anybody to bad, but those guys look like everybody I have ever met from New Jersey

No Problem! Try Shape magazine. Or prevention. Just fucking with you man…mostly
I actually have to question your advice myself. Why Ensure over Boost. And if you use in Ensure, sould it be the PLUS, High Protein, Fiber… which subcategory? I can’t believe you were so vague.

Ensure is scientifically designed to arch your eyebrows. This phenomenon is the result of the specific blend of soy and estrogen, along with some really great minerals to make your hair shine.

I’m reading that as sarcasm.

Toodles, dude, don’t worry man. Part of the fun around here is the fact that so many people have attitude.
