H i everyone, I am pretty new here just mostly read stuff, this is my first post. I was wondering if any one can help me. Im 18 and about 6 months ago I weighed about 230 pounds. Ive been working out a little bit mostly running, biking and a low calorie diet. Im now down to 180.
My stomach shrunk and my chest stayed the same now I have like boobs lol. What can I do to get rid of them without making them just huge muscles. I dont want my chest to stick out that far. Does anyone have any recommendations on what excercises I can do to defeat this problem. Any help will be greatly appreciated!!
I don?t think your ?man boobs? have nothing to do with hormones, and everything to do with your weight lose. You lost the volume of tissue under your skin and now have sagging skin. Depending on how elastic your skin is it will tighten up on its own over several months, as long as you maintain your current weight. There is a limit to how much it will tighten up though.
I would wait at least half a year at your new weight before evaluating how much your body will respond long term. Focus on increasing weights in the gym, and maintaining appropriate nutrition. If after that time things have not improved on their own you may need to consider surgery or “making them just huge muscles.”

yeah you can always fall back on this one
my advice dont get a huge chest, its jsut a quick fix to your problem
If I was you I would just keep up my bikeing and eat 6 meals a day
Not to much protein its bad for your liver.
stay away from squats they ruin your knees and make sure to work your abbs 7 days a week with no weight high rep sets so you get toned instead of haveing giant disgusting abbs like Ronnie Coleman.

It’s obvious you know nothing about working out. Why the hell are you scared of making them “huge muscles” this is just stupid, you don’t just go and workout once or twice and then you get IHD, Insta-Huge Disease and gain forty pounds of muscle the next day and look like a freak. It takes months even years of hard calculated work to get huge and it is a slow process. Go read more and lift some weights kid!!
Everyone fats in a different way.
Some guys fat mostly the belly and keep a flat chest.
Some others fat a lot on the chest and it looks a lot worse than having a big gut.
In this case,I wouldn’t recomend training the chest because eventually with muscles and some fat it will really stick out too much.

some jokers in this thread, it would help if you were actually funny
to the original poster. read Berardi’s articles here, and try to eat in a similar way, don’t worry if you can’t get it all together just get close.
the boobs are just fat and loose skin, the skin will shrink down in time, however a proper strength based full body weightlifing routine will work wonders, for fatloss and looking/feeling better
the articles may look a little over complicated at first, but don’t let that put you off.

thats a suprise
I always thought if you didnt lift and you ran alot combined with loseing weight and not haveing much muscle to start with that you would just end up ripped and toned.

Do you realize how hard it is to get a huge chest? For me to really get my chest larger I’d need to spend the next 4-6 weeks working on hitting 400 lbs benching. Based on your diet, you will not overnight build a huge chest.
Please follow this simple plan.
Continue to lose more body fat, manboobs are the result of lack of lean muscle and a plentiful amount of fat. The type of fat in your chest means you got some of the nasty fat similar to the last vestiges aka muffin top abdominal fat.
Suggestion focus on losing more body fat through cardio, and work on various chest excercises, include barbell flyes, cable flyes, seated, standing, incline, and decline.
I’m not saying you need to go heavy but be at least able to bench your own weight. That is the high schooler age 16 litmus test of manhood. If you can do at least that you will be fine over-time.
If you can stay focused, and just add onto what you are already doing 30-40 minutes 3 times a week add in the weights, toss out all your bad food, and 20-30 minutes of cardio 3-4 times a week. You should see wonderful changes.
