I mean flexed bicep size ofc
Brother, my arms are 17.5" and still no one compiments them.
@davemccright has some fuckin cannons on him, though, and he gets compliments regularly.
Go to Macy’s and buy their store brand shirts “Club Room” – they fit my chest tight-ishly, loose around my ample gut, and tight as fuck around the arms. Like, don’t get into a fight because your arms are restricted kind of tight. And it’s always dudes who lift that notice. Not women, and not woosies that don’t even lift.
And it took years…
literally 7 or 8 years…
I appreciate that brother!
I also started very young, so when my arms were like 14” lean as an 8th grader, my peers were very impressed, but no one would look twice at an adult with arms of that size. I think about 16” lean is about the size threshold where people will start to take notice, especially if you wear t-shirts or tank tops often. If you can get them up to 18” lean, you’ll draw a lot of attention any time you are sleeveless or even just short-sleeved. I am sure if you can get them up to 20”, you’ll be turning heads wherever you go.
How tall are you ? Does height/wingspan influence this ?
Yep it does
5’10
Height/wingspan robably to a degree. Not as important as bicep/waist ratio, though.
