No I knew you guys would think I’m a troll but Im not. I want to be big (check out the name!) but I just wanted to know how to do it and if Im heading in the right direction.

This is actually the reason I wated so long to join and post. Some of the people on this cite are just so negative and don’t like to give advice kindly. Too all of you who have given me good advice here I appreciate it I’ll work hard and prove all the haters here wrong.
Fuck! Dude seriously, I know a lot of guys in here can be dicks sometimes but they’re giving you good solid advice! Read through all of the posts and articles in this site and what the experts say and the guys who post here are basically the same! EAT BIG and EAT CLEAN! IF you wanna get Hyooooooge, eat till you puke and then some. And for fucks sakes, please refrain from using the words “no definishun” and Professor X in the same sentence…you know what, just don’t mention the guy’s name again. Capeesh?

I know you guys think I’m trolling but i’m not you just wait and see. Thnx fro all the advice!

P.S. stop hating on my spelling lol! I’m just typing this stuff up quickly not trying to write well!

It makes you look stupid, which doesn’t help you out much at all considering the things you’re saying. And yes Prof. X’s advice works. You probably will lose some definition when you put on weight but be honest with yourself isn’t it worth it? You might think you’re ripped now but how often do people come up to you and give you compliments on your physique? Hit the weights hard and eat right for a few years and see how much better off you are.

Skeletor has more muscle mass than you.

Waylander and Stu I appreciate you guys taking the time to respond you guys are where i want to be at one day.

I don’t understand why you guys think i’m trolling cause i’m not. Keep hating it just me more motivation.

And hey obsoletestate where’s the love? If we’re both newbs and lurkers we should prop each other up not tare each other down!
Sorry. Thing is certain ‘training fundamentals’ are obvious to the slightly more experienced. Listen eh read some articles man. Chances are you have the mindset to train-of sorts- but you’re doing it wrong, most probably your diet and/or your training routine.

Some quick pointers:

-Stick to basics (Squats, Deadlifts, Flat bench press, One arm barbell rows, Military press, Bicep curls, Pullups if you can do them…you get the idea)

-Eat a basic no frills diet (Protein shake there and there, bananas, old fashioned plain rolled oats, eggs, white meat with the occasional red meat, yogurt, milk, WATER, whole grain bread, mixed nuts, olive oil…you get the idea)

-eat something like 1.2G of protein per pound of body weight

-eat 1.5 times the value above. Adjust amount in small steps until the scale is going up with little to no fat gain

-To ‘bulk up’ you’ll probably gain a little fat but if you take into account of point number 2 above, then your ass should be covered-pretty much.

-Veggies are under rated-eat em there and there

Additional humble advice:

Creatine, Protein powder, fish oil, and a one-a-day multi vitamin is ALL you need. You’ll try the fancy stuff one day. But these will be the staple supplements-probably forever.

Just my humble advice. Best of luck.

Thanks Bicep. I appreciate it.

What, beans arent a good protein source? I had read in health class that they were? What would you guys recommend instead???

And I here you guys on the carbs. I’m thinkin about adding them slowly back in.

What do you guys do supplement wise? The personal trainer at the Y told me I ought to get on creatine and perhaps NO Explode. I dunno though, I’m nervous to try anobolics…
this is so good you have to pulling the chain! it’s just a total red flag: troll alert

Fixered.

Do more back and leg work than anything else, they are the biggest muscles and will help release growth hormones.
try getting a protein suppliment into you after every workout
EAT EVERYTHING

badly

What’s with “slowly adding carbs in”? So if I just start getting rid of a known required nutrient, I should get really ripped?

Therez no such thin as a require carbohydrate. Only fat and protene is reqwired. There are essential fats and ameeno acids, but not carbs.

girls won’t be impressed when they weigh more than you, abs or not
